I've been too busy to post, but I've popped back to give you all some scans from the Boku no Natsuyasumi 3 on PS3 guidebook. I photographed the most relevant pages (about 1/3 of the book), and put them on Megaupload. I'm sure I'm breaking some kind of copyright law somewhere, but the book is as rare as hen's teeth these days, and with the game unlikely to see western release, this might help curious importers. Hiragana and Katakana knowledge are useful but not essential.

Thanks a lot! While on the one hand, I don't want to examine these pages too closely for fear of diminishing the wonder of simply experiencing the game, on the other hand, it's incredibly cool to see all the possible journal entries. It's also quite tempting to look at all the possible participants in mushi-sumo.
ReplyDeleteI also notice that they have a picture of the traditional helmet-shaped pot for jungisukan (complete with Boku's note by the sheep pondering "the meat of kings!?"); fantastic.
Awesome. Much appreciated, natch.
ReplyDeleteHere's a mirror for the guidebook scans:

Any chance the files could be re-uploaded? My copy of the game shall be arriving shortly (only recently got a PS3)
