I know there's at least one more sneaking around that almost nobody has found, which will be fixed an upcoming release.

I know it's tough to talk about the game without giving everything away, but I appreciate your thoughts.

Cheers,
B.Benjamin Rivershttp://www.homehorror.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1135815543912646655.post-81832619052707987212012-06-11T13:11:04.266-04:002012-06-11T13:11:04.266-04:00There is a version 1.2 now, that's supposed to...There is a version 1.2 now, that's supposed to fix at least the worst and most noticable scripting error, among some other bugfixes. Didn't have the chance to do another playthrough with the patched version yet, though.derboohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01288535824552284145noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1135815543912646655.post-10684743794758639702012-06-03T13:16:49.296-04:002012-06-03T13:16:49.296-04:00Beat me to it Sketcz, having just come off of Lone...Beat me to it Sketcz, having just come off of Lone Survivor but a week or two ago this struck me with a serious case of deja vu. Though derboo is right, the pixel graphics style is different and personally I prefer Lone Survivor's pixel art by far as they seem to express more grotesque while still leaving some to the imagination. If you haven't played Lone Survivor before, I'd give it a shot because (while it does have its own share of minor quibbles) I believe it better balances interactive storytelling, multiple plot paths, and gameplay.

While going for just a measly $2, I'll undoubtedly give Home a shot (or three) sometime soon, but I hope the glitches get patched soon. With a game so short, small patches like these could ruin your plathrough. The LDhttp://theldpwns.tumblr.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1135815543912646655.post-49002350677443973022012-06-02T14:52:42.477-04:002012-06-02T14:52:42.477-04:00Yeah, somehow I've confused the two before, to...Yeah, somehow I've confused the two before, too, although at closer look they aren't all that similar even visually.derboohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01288535824552284145noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1135815543912646655.post-1331931576934940702012-06-01T13:28:08.740-04:002012-06-01T13:28:08.740-04:00Whoa, now there's a sense of deja vu. Given your interest in survival games, and the 2D low-res graphics, and light source, when I see this blog entry, I at first thought you had reviewed Lone Survivor.
http://www.lonesurvivor.co.uk/

Then I double checked and obviously you hadn't. But they seem superficially similar.

Nice write up though - thanks for drawing my attention to a second indie to catch my interest.Sketczhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02333200178515493705noreply@blogger.com
